Employees working telecommuting will be able to receive a maximum of 400 lei from employers to pay their utility bills (energy, water, heat, internet, etc.). With this money the employee can also buy furniture or work equipment, in accordance with the law.
Companies will be able to offer viewers money for public services without having to bring supporting documents.
The amounts granted are not taxable, they are not included in the calculation basis of social contributions, and these expenses are deductible for the determination of the tax result, establishes Law 296/2020, published in the Official Gazette on December 21.
