Getting out of the quarantine that was imposed on November 2 also means lifting the restrictions imposed on shopping centers. Thus, as of January 2, they will be able to operate on weekends and holidays. The hours of operation will end at 21:00 at the latest.

In contrast, the activity of public catering units such as restaurants and cafes, inside buildings, is still prohibited. “They will resume operation, but only on terraces, a measure that, incidentally, applies to the entire county, as recently officially confirmed by the CJSU incidence rate of more than 3 / 1,000 inhabitants in Constanta County,” he says. the notice.

On January 1, the COVID-19 infection rate in Constanta was 4.42 per thousand inhabitants.

“The rate has decreased steadily in recent weeks, especially in the last quarantine cycle proposed by the CJSU and approved by the central authorities. On November 20, the day the municipality was quarantined, the incidence rate was 9.35. At the beginning of the second quarantine cycle, on December 4, the incidence rate increased: 10.33. At Constanta County the incidence rate is 2.89 per thousand inhabitants, after having the highest contagion rate in the country at the beginning of December, more than 7.
