In turn, the co-defendant, who periodically gave the money to the commander of the Eforie Municipal Police, repeatedly collected it from people interested in obtaining protection for clandestine commercial activities. On the other hand, according to ADN, on August 10, 2020, the accused Coteanu Cornel Gabriel allegedly asked an investigating agent to replace the measure of the 1,000 lei fine applied to a person, for traffic offenses, for the sanction of reprimand, measure that only the court could order.
