A wedding attended by 40 people was arrested this Thursday for the intervention of the police, who imposed large fines on those who did not comply with the rules to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
Timișoara policemen and a team from the Timișoara Gendarmes Mobile Group intervened on Thursday afternoon to reestablish legality on Constantin Brâncoveanu street in the city, where a wedding was taking place in an event hall.

All 40 participants in the event were legitimized, to whom fines were applied for non-compliance with the provisions of Law 55/2020, the value of the sanctions being 60,000 lei.
Furthermore, the organizer of the event was fined 5,000 lei.
The party stopped and all the participants left the place.
