At a meeting of the Sector 1 administration, Mayor Clotilde Armand used the totally inappropriate name of a serious condition that seriously affects and makes her life an ordeal for many people.
Clotilde Armand used the term schizophrenia in a dialogue with NLP advisers. In fact, the break between NLP and USR is becoming clearer.
This is what Clotilde Armand said at the meeting:
“I created this meeting at your request. At the last Town Hall meeting you said you wanted to withdraw some projects so that you have a few more days to study them. You knew it very well, because it was said then, that on March 31, these projects must be presented, this project must be presented for European funds, I agreed to withdraw the project and I said: ‘Okay, but we will need a meeting immediately. now come and say no I disagree … It’s a schizophrenia that surpasses me. Now…'”
“Madam Mayor, please don’t use those words,” replied a councilor at the meeting.
“But let me speak!” Clotilde Armand added.
“To confirm the insult the mayor started with. (…) Excuse me, please!” The man’s voice is heard.

The NLP people were shocked by this reaction. It is the second time that the projects of Mayor Clotilde Armand have been refused to vote, which is why it exploded.
