The official alert document, adopted by the Senate on Wednesday night, stipulates that employers must ensure that there is one hour among employees at the beginning and end of the work program.
During the state of alert, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1) of article 118 of Law n. 53/2003 – Labor Code, employers in the private system, central and local public authorities and institutions, regardless of the method of financing and subordination, as well as autonomous public services, national companies, national companies and companies in which the capital stock is wholly or mainly owned by the state or an administrative-territorial unit, with a number of more than 50 employees, can establish individualized work programs, without the agreement of the employee, so that the existence of the employees is guaranteed from an hour interval at the beginning and at the end of working hours, in a period of 3 hours.
