New protests against the Kremlin in eastern Russia: “Putin, have some tea!”

Thousands of people took to the streets in the Russian city of Khabarovsk to protest against Putin, Mediafax was quoted as saying by Reuters.

The protesters are unhappy with the Kremlin’s handling of a regional political crisis, but also with the alleged poisoning of Navalny, a vocal critic of Putin, who allegedly drank poisoned tea before tackling an airstrike.

“Putin, drink some tea,” chanted the protesters, who occupied the center of the city.

Aleksei Navalny, 44, was rushed to Germany after feeling unwell on a flight from Moscow to Tomsk. He is now in an induced coma in a Berlin hospital.

The protests in Khabarovsk began on July 9, after the governor of the region was arrested for murder, which Sergei Furgal denies.

The protesters believe that the detention measure is politically motivated and street voices accuse the Kremlin of repression and dictatorship.

Navalny’s condition is improving, but he is still in a coma. Doctors still do not know if he will stay with the aftermath

The main condition of the Russian opponent Aleksei Navalny (44) is “some improvement”, announced this Friday the Berlin hospital, where he has been treated since he was the victim of a possible poisoning in Russia.
