A private party was stopped by police on Sunday after a 17-year-old man called the emergency number 112 and announced that he was being taken by three people, in a bar in Timişoara. The police imposed fines of more than 27,000 lei and drew up two criminal files.
“A 17-year-old youth notified through SNUAU 112 the fact that he was kidnapped by 3 people, in a bar, on Dacilor street, in Timişoara. Based on the complaint, several police teams went to the scene and 12 people were found inside. Based on the verifications carried out by the police, it was established that they participated in a private party ”, is shown in a statement on Sunday afternoon from LEI Timiş.

All the people present at the party were transferred to the headquarters of Section no. 1 Urban Police of Timisoara for questioning.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up under the aspect of committing the crime of “deprivation of liberty.”

Likewise, all the people present at the private party were sanctioned in contravention, as provided in Law No. 55/2020, with the amount of 27,500 lei.
A criminal case was drawn up on behalf of the organizer under the guise of committing the crime of “thwarting the fight against diseases.”
