There are several pieces of evidence that were analyzed by Mircea Negulescu when he was a DNA prosecutor, evidence that, by the way, is still found in the criminal investigation file prepared by the prosecutors of the Special Section for the Investigation of Criminal Crimes (SIIJ). against him and that he refers to several bank transfers made from the accounts of companies owned by businessman Sebastián Ghita to the accounts of companies in the United States, companies that received this money for political advice, since Victor Ponta is running at that time to the office of President of Romania.
It appears that Sebastian Ghita, through various companies and financial engineers, would have paid $ 2.5 million for Ponta’s presidential campaign in 2014. The money was paid for Victor Ponta to win the supreme position in the state. The transfers were made practically through two companies controlled by Sebastian Ghiță, which, in turn, would have been provided by one of the largest companies founded by him, Asesoft Ploiești.
These samples must be analyzed. This has not been done until now, as Negulescu stated in the exclusive interview with Realitatea PLUS.
It remains to be seen how long it will take until all these problems, taken together, constitute a new criminal case, in which this financing of the presidential campaign of Víctor Ponta will be focused.
