“In accordance with the CNCAV procedures made known to the DSP and, subsequently, to the vaccination centers, each hospital within which said center is organized establishes its vaccination requirements for three days, based on the schedules carried out. The DSPs centralize the need for vaccines from all rounded vaccination centers and send it, before 1 pm on the day before the actual vaccination, to the Regional Storage Center where they are rounded.
The regional storage center prepares, for distribution, the required quantity of vaccines, according to the requests / schedules received and distributes them, accordingly, to the DSPs, respectively to the vaccination centers.
Each vaccination center has a coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the center, compliance with current procedures, including managing the flow of appointments and vaccine supply, as necessary.
We specify that, from the point of view of the CNCAV, a possible postponement, without medical reason, of the people who have been scheduled, for which they have clearly expressed their intention to vaccinate and have made a considerable effort in this regard, is a approach that requires immediate remediation, according to the attributions and responsibilities of each institution involved ”, shows the CNCAV.
