According to prosecutors, Mario Iorgulescu drove drunk and drugged on September 8, 2019 and caused an accident in which a man died. Apparently, the young man did not stop at a traffic light and drove at a speed of 162 kilometers per hour, although the legal limit was 50 kilometers per hour.
On September 23, Mario Iorgulescu was taken to a clinic in Italy, because he was also seriously injured by the impact. He was discharged and taken by a psychiatric rehabilitation institute in Italy.
Later on October 31, he was hospitalized in another clinic in Italy, where he is still today.
