The second stage of League 2 began on Saturday at 11:00, when three games were scheduled: Concordia Chiajna – Unirea Slobozia, Dunărea Călărași – Football Comuna Recea and Turris Oltul – Metaloglobus. He led 2-0, the score was established after the 19th minute, against the background of a numerical superiority. Metaloglobus turned into 10 people after a very hard entry from Sava in Bărboianu. In the first phase, center-back George Román showed him the yellow card, but seeing the consequences he gave the Metaloglobus player a red directly. Turris Oltul’s defender was taken to hospital after the contact.
Finally, the locals’ goals came in minutes 30 and 54, through Voinea and Pană. Pană’s success was signed with a penalty, after a foul committed by Cazan on Voinea. In the end, the people of Bucharest came back and reestablished equality, in the 69th and 80th minutes, through the Herea brothers, Claudiu and then Ovidiu. Although they played with one man less, the guests were almost even to win the game, having very good chances to score.
