His Eminence Theodosius will officiate on Thursday night, starting at 11:15 p.m., the service of Te Deum and Moliftele of Saint Basil the Great in the Department of the Archdiocese of Constanza.
According to a statement from the Archdiocese of Tomis, on Thursday, starting at 9 pm, His Eminence Theodosius will read the Prayers of Saint Basil the Great in the monastery of the new Văcăreşti near Lumina, reports news.ro.
Starting at 9.40 pm, together with His Holiness Veniamin, Bishop of Southern Bessarabia, he will officiate the Vespers of the Liturgy at the “Saint Basil the Great” church in Constance (Ring II area).
Also, starting at 11:15 pm, the Archbishop of Tomis will officiate the Te Deum of thanksgiving and blessing of the New Calendar Year and the Relics of Saint Basil the Great in the Archbishop Cathedral “The Holy Apostles Peter and Paul” in Constanza.
At the same time, on the first day of the year, starting at 8.30 am, His Eminence Theodosius will officiate Mass at the Archbishop’s Cathedral “The Holy Apostles Peter and Paul” in Constance.
In the Patriarchal Cathedral, the New Year’s blessing service was held on Thursday, immediately after Great Vespers. Vespers for the Great Liturgy were scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
