“Regarding the attitude of our colleague towards the police control bodies, the Galati Gendarmerie command totally disapproves of such behavior, which does not represent the institution and especially the professional status. In turn, we specify that from the request of the order at the level of our unit, a commission will be set up as a matter of urgency to verify the behavior of our colleague and the aspects that led to such attitude, and we will return as soon as possible. in the public space with the conclusions of these verifications ”, is shown in a statement from the Galati Gendarmerie.
Depending on the result of the checks, the gendarme may be disciplined or, if necessary, in accordance with the provisions of the military regulations.
“Compliance with the law is not an option, regardless of the quality we have, be it officer or non-commissioned officer, and the law must be respected, and when inspected by law enforcement, controlled persons must adopt a courteous attitude and follow the instructions of the security forces ”, transmitted the Inspection of Gendarmes of Galați.
