Elena Udrea dressed up as a witch on New Years Eve hosted by Dan Negru. She is on trial in several corruption cases.

The former Minister of Development, Elena Udrea, tried for influence peddling and money laundering, disguised herself as a witch on New Year’s Eve presented by Dan Negru on Antena 1 television.

Elena Udrea’s moment lasted about 20 minutes, in the program of the night between the years, around midnight, says the Media Page.

Elena Udrea is accused of influence peddling and money laundering, when he was a minister. In this case, Elena Udrea is accused of asking for 5 million dollars – of which she received 3.8 million – from businessman Bogdan Buzaianu, to intervene instead to maintain the contract between Hidrolectrica and her company.

Among the people who participated is Selly, Andrei Selaru, who was dressed as an alien. Cosmin Contra, the National Team coach (Grinch), Dorel Visan, Maia Morgenstern (Putin) and Maria Dragomiroiu were also masked.

The New Year’s Eve 21st program hosted by Dan Negru, aired between 10:02 PM – 2:00 AM, this year garnered an audience more than four times that of the main competitor, Pro TV, nationwide and nearly three times higher than the next, Romania TV.
