The deputy mayor of the capital and responsible for emergencies, Aurelian Bădulescu, affirms that the deputy mayor of sector 2, Dan Cristian Popescu, is “unconscious” and does not have an official decision on the reopening of the parks in sector 2. Bădulescu calls on citizens not to listen to what Popescu says and asks them to respect the current military ordinances.
Also read: The state of emergency has not been lifted, but the City Council of Sector 2 is opening the parks.
“It is not the decision of those in Sector 2, but the decision of the named Dan Cristian Popescu. At this moment, Mr. Popescu violates the military ordinances and the decision of the Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations. It is an act of unconsciousness that this gentleman made to stand out.
The decisions of the Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations are valid uniformly throughout the Capital. Mr. Popescu did not have the capacity to make this announcement. From the level of the City Council of the Capital, we ask citizens of Sector 2 not to follow Mr. Popescu’s statements and not to go to the parks in the sector.
I note that 15 is the day the restrictions are lifted. Until then, we must wait for government regulations on alertness.
Considering the epidemic and emergency situation in Romania, state institutions have an obligation to watch over those who do not obey the laws in force, and Cristian Popescu loads all the rules of the military ordinances. Those who do not obey the law will respond according to the law.
Once again, we ask the citizens of Sector 2 not to go out to the parks! ”Aurelian Bădulescu said, for STIRIPESURSE.RO.
