The woman filed a complaint with the Police, and on that occasion investigators discovered that the person had raped her daughter for years for almost two years, forcing her to have normal oral sex, according to Adevărul.
The prosecutor’s office attached to the Făurei Court sent Georgian Beliciu, a 29-year-old man from Brăila, to trial on charges of rape and domestic violence.
The man lived in the house of his concubine in Bordei Verde, Brăila, and on September 2, 2020, he beat his life partner, strangled her and hit her especially in the lower right limb.
According to prosecutors, the blows applied endangered the woman’s life and required 1 to 2 days of medical attention for her to heal.

Investigators also determined that the individual had been raping his stepdaughter, who was only 13 years old, for nearly two years.
“As of 2018, until September 2, 2020, through the exercise of acts of violence and threats of the crime of homicide, repeatedly had normal and oral sexual acts with the injured person FE, 13 years old, daughter of another marriage of his concubine.
The defendant lived with her and behaved like a real father, the minor being in his care and protection, “said the prosecutor in the case.
On December 22, the Făurei District Court extended the man’s preventive detention for 30 days. The man was evicted from the victims’ homes and is not allowed near his ex-concubine and daughter after being released or serving his sentence.
