Alro intends to defend his position before the US authorities involved.

The United States Department of Commerce announced on Friday that it will impose preliminary anti-dumping duties on aluminum foil imports from 18 countries, including Romania, Germany, Brazil, Spain, India and Italy.
In this context, Alro announced this Monday that in the case of plates originating in Romania, the preliminary antidumping duty established by the United States Department of Commerce, with immediate application, is 83.94%.
The complaint was filed by the Aluminum Association of the United States and concerned aluminum sheets 0.2 mm to 6.3 mm thick, made from common alloys.
