I don’t know where this problem is from. There are many advantages to seeing a cemetery
First of all, what would you rather see in the morning: a cemetery or a huge 12-story apartment block? If you have a 12-story building in front of you, there isn’t much way for the sun’s rays to reach your home. Instead, if you have a cemetery, you will have a lighted apartment.
Second, you will have the quietest neighbors! Can you imagine a life without loud music from the neighbor across the street? Or without his daily fights with his wife? Or without the wave of insults to children? Or without seeing the neighbor in panties on the balcony? You will certainly not hear / see these things in your neighbors in the cemetery …
Third, if you were in front of a cemetery, you have the opportunity to see the sky without numbing your neck looking from your balcony. If you had a “mastodon”, bad luck … You won’t see the sky unless you go out.
Fourth, many took their block believing that they would enjoy the green space in front of them forever … only that some jumped. The blocks immediately emerged and people were overshadowed by tall buildings and waved goodbye to the landscape. Instead … who will take the dead out of the graveyard to build blocks on that land? At least not in the near future … so the question is rhetorical.
Others choose to walk through cemeteries, sit on a bench and meditate, read, others go to shows there (see the Bellu cemetery), so to see it daily I don’t see why it would be a problem.
In fact, many houses in the country are surrounded by cemeteries, and no one complained that they were emotionally destroyed. He is no less mentally developed if he sees the cemetery every day. In the end, it reminds you that you are transitory and makes you value your life more.
I asked a young man why he took an apartment in Bucharest, in a new residential complex, overlooking the cemetery:
“The answer is simple: I have no problem with the cemetery … I do not find it horror, sad or happy. It will not influence me in any way having my coffee looking at the cemetery on the balcony. Also, there are several advantages: I have peace , light and vegetation. Also, it is impossible for a building to appear on time, “Daniel told me.

After all, the question is simple: where do you want to stay? In front of a cemetery or a “mastodon” of thousands of floors?
