To be even more convincing, Ciucu gave the example of the Japanese capital, Tokyo: “In Tokyo (and London, but I’m not sure), you can’t buy a car if you don’t prove your parking space. We have to invest in public and alternative transport, otherwise we will continue to suffer ”.
