According to soferidinromania.ro, the Romanian truck was subjected to a check during which the police discovered that the truck toll is not being paid. In addition, several violations of driving and rest time were found.
The truck, according to the cited source, was driven by a 22-year-old woman and her crewmate was a 32-year-old man, both of Romanian nationality.
One of the two drivers was fined 8,552 euros and banned from driving for six months in Denmark. The other driver was fined 2,527 euros and an unconditional three-year ban behind the wheel of the truck in Denmark.
In addition, the Romanian transport company had to pay fines of 22,999 euros for violating the driving and rest time of the drivers, incorrect use of the tachograph and failure to pay the toll.

The cited source also shows that the police also found that the same drivers were detained a few months ago in another European country and had to pay approximately 7,000 euros for similar violations of the laws.
