While some question certain drugs or vaccines tested and regulated by many authorities, there are people who pull huge sums out of their own pockets for some products that are largely wishful thinking.
We are talking about food supplements that nobody tries. They are as well verified as animal feed. Some capsules use misleading advertising and false promises, while many regulators check the actual drugs at every point in the package insert. Most food supplements promise sea salt in advertising, brochures and the Internet, said journalist Val Vâlcu.
In Romania, these pills, which promise to treat anything, are not authorized by the National Medicines Agency, especially those sold on the Internet.
ORthey are still regulated, but most do not have any studies to back them up. The main problem with miracle pills is not the side effects, but the fact that they have no effect, just the placebo effect!
The sea is promised with salt
As much Aloe vera as there is on the internet cannot include Asia either! In the miracle pills on the Internet there is only one plant that has no effect or is … chalk because nobody checks them, said journalist Val Valcu.
Colossal sums are spent by people who did not want to receive a proven vaccine, which saved humanity from all kinds of serious diseases, such as the shingles vaccine.
There are people who pay 500 lei for a box of food supplements who do not know if they have aloe vera, geranium or something inside. And the biggest myth is that they have no side effects. True, but in fact, it has no effect! It is like plain water, which also has no side effects. It only has the effect that everyone’s psyche gives.
There are also some pills that are made in drug factories, with useful substance! But putting that aside, most are wishful thinking! It is important that we do not take them as drugs and that “manufacturing companies” do not promise therapeutic effects. They will be considered food if they have, for example, caramelised garlic bulb extract or bitter cucumber powder.
