Exchange of sexual comments in Parliament, during budget debates, between a PSD deputy and the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Ludovic Orban. PSD deputy Marian Mina, son of former Senator Niculae Bădălău, made indecent allusions when he was called to table an amendment.
Asked by Ludovic Orban if he presents the amendment of “position 69”, the deputy Marian Mina replied: “I did not want to tell you, but if he insists, the 69 is, yes.”
After the rejection of the amendment, Ludovic Orban continued the exchange of comments, laughing: “You know the position, you know the position. In fact, I don’t know if you know her. “
Subsequently, the sexual jokes continued in the plenary session of Parliament. PSD deputy Lungu Romeo Daniel read another amendment, from a similar position, to another budget annex: “The position you like, Mr. Orban, 69.”
After this intervention, the NLP deputy, Gabriel Andronache, asked his colleagues in Parliament to respect the code of conduct because it is “inadmissible” for such allusions to be made in the plenary session of Parliament.
