The electoral options of Romanians do not look fundamentally different from the result of the December local elections, according to the most recent poll conducted by the Center for Urban and Regional Sociology – COURSE between January 11 and 15.
According to sociological research, PSD remains in the first place in the preferences of the electorate, but also PNL-USR-PLUS-UDMR could more easily form a parliamentary majority. Compared to the survey conducted in December, after the elections, GOLD drops from 15% to 12%. Although the score is still higher than that obtained in the elections, there is a natural evolution in the direction of diminishing the enthusiasm for this new party.
CURS Survey Scores:
PSD – 34% (compared to 35% in the CURS survey in December and 29% in the elections)
NLP – 26% (same as in December and same as in elections)
USR-PLUS – 16% (compared to 14% in December and the same as in the elections)
GOLD – 12% (compared to 15% in December and 9% in elections)
