ANRE recommends that domestic customers opt for competitive offers, all domestic customers having the right to change their electricity supplier in January, as well as throughout 2021, complying with the contractual conditions, within a maximum period of 21 days from the date. of request.
On the official ANRE website you can access a comparator of the offers, depending on the price and the contracting method. The authority has developed an application on the website, where a consumer can choose a provider, using a simulation of the offer of all providers registered in the system.
For this it is necessary to enter more data, such as the consumption of the last invoice and the price paid, the fixed or variable price (per month, for example, according to the supplier’s offer) or the price per kilowatt (fixed or differentiated according to consumption in certain levels times of the day).
