According to them, the antibodies that are received by injection are stronger and last longer than those that remain after the disease. And together they increase the body’s defenses in case of future exposure. 9 months have passed since the first tests, so the manufacturers of the anti-COVID serums used in our country have found that the average duration of the immunization offered varies between half a year and 8 months. On the other hand, after the disease, the amount of antibodies decreases a lot, after a few weeks, especially in those with mild forms.

And since then, the subjects who received the doses have been evaluated periodically, every 2-3 weeks. The amount of antibodies fixed in the body and present in the blood was measured. In parallel, the evolution of the antibodies obtained by natural infection was observed. In summary, those after illness reached, on average, the optimal number after 2 months and gradually decreased to zero at 4-5 months.
In contrast, the “ready-to-use” antibodies in the syringe lasted longer. In addition, there is data that shows that the risk of contracting a severe form after the vaccine decreases considerably.
