Buzau police launched an investigation after a video surfaced online of two people being transported in the trunk of a car.
A driver decided to take her husband and a friend in the trunk of the car, because they were no longer in the car.
The woman went to a restaurant to take her partner, but in the end four of her friends arrived.
The husband and one of them settled in the trunk, and another driver filmed them walking with their feet out, because they did not occur. The police saw the images and the driver was fined.
According to Buzău County Police Spokesperson Ane Mari Vrapciu, the investigations were launched after images surfaced on the internet in which a car is caught driving in Buzău, and the legs of two people come out of the car’s trunk, according to News.ro.
“Following the images, with a car in motion and in which there were two people in the trunk, the police initiated controls and established that a 47-year-old Buzau driver was at the wheel. The driver was fined for transporting more people than the number of seats established in the registration certificate “, said IPJ Buzău spokeswoman Ane Mari Vrapciu.
