USR PLUS puts more conditions to enter the government together with PNL. Among the measures proposed by USR PLUS to form a coalition with the National Liberal Party are 0 taxes on the minimum wage, the establishment of forest DNA, the elimination of special pensions and the organization of the referendum for the transposition of the “No Penalties” initiative .
“Today we are trying, in good faith, to lay the foundations for a coalition of another nature, together with the National Liberal Party. Coalitions in Romania are unstable because they depend too much on division of duties, electoral calculations and personal moods. We propose to avoid these problems by firmly anchoring the governing coalition in common public policy objectives, which we must closely follow in government, ”is shown in a 44-page document, in which USR PLUS lists the conditions for entering government. .
We propose that the negotiations for the formation of the coalition have the following successive stages:
to. Agree on the objectives of common public policies. Once completed:
b) Agree on the governmental structure. Once this is completed:
c) Agree on the mandates obtained by each partner and the objectives assumed for each portfolio, derived from a and b.
Our proposals involve a serious reform of the state and an allocation of resources on clear political objectives. A key element is the financing of development in the coming years, through national and European development funds. We want European funding (regular cohesion funds and the National Recovery and Resilience Program) to be a separate negotiating chapter, as we announced before the elections, ”the USR PLUS document reads.
