As the number of tests processed decreases, the pandemic is also showing signs of diminishing in intensity. However, the incidence rate of COVID-19 cases in Bucharest is increasing in Ilfov, despite the fact that most of the large towns in the county are under quarantine.

The coefficient of accumulated infections at 14 days, reported per 1,000 inhabitants, is calculated by the Public Health Directorates, at the municipal and county levels of Bucharest.
Below is the table prepared based on the reports received by CNCCI from the Public Health Directorates:
Following nationwide testing, compared to the last report, 4,272 new cases of people infected with SARS – CoV – 2 (COVID – 19) were registered, cases that had not previously had a positive test. The county breakdown of the total and new cases can be found in the table below.
