The amendment proposed by the leader of the PSD, Marcel Ciolacu, on the prohibition of closing agri-food markets in indoor spaces, fairs, fairs, mixed and flying markets, or flea markets, was approved, yesterday, by Parliament, with an overwhelming vote of the deputies.

This amendment modifies the Government law, by which Law no. 55/2020, and establishes that during the alert state these commercial spaces cannot be closed. Instead, health protection rules and measures should be observed.
