Horia Stancu was appointed to head the Brașov Regional Roads and Bridges Directorate in 2018. As an engineer by profession, Stancu was president of the Braşov County Social Democratic Youth Organization.
Before being appointed to DRDP Brașov, Horia Stancu worked at the State Highway Transportation Control Inspectorate – ISCTR.
