Report: Ubisoft to Launch First Battle Royale Called Hyper Scape

Ubisoft is ready to set foot in the world of Battle Royale with its new game “Hyper Scape” and the company is really ambitious about it. The game is codenamed “Prism Dimensions” and is a fast FPS Battle Royale. Rod “Slasher” Breslau, an eSports analyst and journalist, posted a tweet about this.

Although Ubisoft is no stranger to multiplayer titles, this is the first Battle Royale under its banner. Ubisoft is determined to make this great with strategies and features. It’s almost as if Ubisoft was watching things work with the other Battle Royale titles before going hot with its BR title.

Ubisoft is making this game with streamers in mind

Breslau adds, in response to his previous tweet, that Ubisoft is building this game with streamers in mind. This game will have a full association with Twitch. Ubisoft will integrate Twitch into the game in levels that claim they have never seen a great game before. Twitch chat will be able to impact the game live with game-changing events, among other things.

It also says in the tweet that those who watch the stream will have a chance to win Twitch and streamers will get their income from bit purchases.

Ubisoft has already invited many streamers and eSports professionals to take a first look and try the game out. It is these streamers and professionals who will launch the first look at the game.

Although Ubisoft claims that Hyper Scape is the first game to have this level of integration with Twitch, some players can’t help but point out that Scavengers Studio already did this with their Battle Royale game, Darwin Project.

Hyper Scape ready to launch entirely in July

Hyper Scape is a science fiction Battle Royale FPS set in a futuristic virtual world. Ubisoft will launch this game on both PC and consoles. However, the launch of the console will occur later this year (just when PS5 and Xbox Series X hit the market). The game is also expected to support crossplay on all platforms. The game is set to enter closed beta next week. The full release of the game is scheduled for July 12.

Despite all the complaints against him, Ubisoft is known for offering interesting games over the years. With this new battle royale, you will expand your horizons to a new game structure. Will Hyper Scape bring something new to the table? We will make sure to let you know as soon as we find out more about this game.
