Report: Microsoft, Take-Two, EA and Activision interested in acquisition of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment

Microsoft, Take-Two Interactive Software, Electronic Arts and Activision Blizzard have expressed interest in a possible acquisition of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the gaming division of Warner Bros., according to The Information, which cited people familiar with the matter.

However, the parent company of Warner Bros. The investment bank LionTree is reportedly helping AT&T with stakeholders in the field, but there is currently no imminent deal.

Spokespersons for Microsoft, Warner Bros, Electronic Arts and Take-Two Interactive Software did not comment when contacted by The Information. Activision did not immediately respond.
