Report: Call of Duty Warzone will follow Apex Legends and PUBG with a new feature


Season 4 of Call of Duty Warzone and Modern Warfare has quickly picked up momentum after launch earlier this month. A new season meant new content in the form of new operators, weapons, a Battle Pass, and gameplay changes. Today, June 30, Activision and Infinity Ward released another substantial update, called Season 4 Reloaded, injecting more content and tweaks.

An increased player count of 200 players for Battle Royale Quads, along with a new multiplayer map and a deadly sniper rifle are the most significant additions. A new update also means Call of Duty fans looking at updated game files to predict future changes or events in the game.

In addition to some underground bunker unlocks, not much has popped up in Verdansk in the past month. Now, new information has emerged hinting at the addition of a feature in Warzone that is popular in other real battles. According to ModernWarzone, a credible Call of Duty filter on Twitter, a train will arrive in Warzone in the future.

Similar to Apex Legends, a train could be coming to Call of Duty Warzone

The leaked Call of Duty recently tweeted the new information after the season 4 Reloaded update for successful servers. ModernWarzone information is based on updated game files. In his tweet, he ensures the next introduction of a train in the Infinity Ward battle royale.

Navigation trains are a favorite feature of fans of other battle royale games. Apex Legends has a train full of sweet loot that sails through a part of the End of the World. PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds also has similar loot that transport trains passing through Vikendi.

After the initial Season 4 update, the leaks shed light on possible map changes in Warzone. Filtering enthusiasts had found mentions of a new interior for the Verdansk stadium and a train in the game’s archives.

ModernWarzone also believes that the upcoming Warzone train could be the basis of a multiplayer map. However, you have not specified a time frame for the next addition.

Currently, the train tracks are arranged on one part of the Warzone map, which constitute a route. Also, with train navigation as a popular feature of other Battle Royales, it seems feasible to add a train in Warzone.
