Sony Interactive Entertainment has released the first worldwide promotional video for PlayStation 5, called “Play Hat No Limits.”

In a PlayStation Blog post, Vice President Sony Interactive Entertainment Global Marketing, Mary Yee, detailed the ad:

In our first worldwide digital ad for the PS5 console, you will see the features of the new console come to life through the eyes of a young woman and her movements. It starts when she walks across a frozen lake and feels the iceberg at her feet. While the character senses sensation, the sudden explosive discovery of the cracks from the icy surface shows the haptic feedback sensation you can feel from DualSense wireless controller for the PS5 console.

Sound then comes from all directions as the central character responds to everything they hear – whether it comes from the front, side, top, or back – displaying the Temp5 3D AudioTech from the PS5 console. Closing the place – as the central character pulls her bow – the tension of her bowstring is a sensation you will also feel, made possible by the custom triggers of the DualSense controller.

We are quite excited about these features and we can not wait for you all to become more immersed in the world of games with the PS5 console and DualSense wireless controller in your own hands.

In addition, the post has comments from the developers of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Deathloop, Ghostwire: Tokyo, Horizon Forbidden West, Demon’s souls, Godfall, Ratchet & Clank: Rift apart, Astro’s Playroom, Sackboy: A great adventure, en Gran Turismo 7 in some of the ways they work with the DualSense wireless controller and its built-in capabilities.

According to Yee, “[Sony Interactive Entertainment] will have more to share in the coming weeks. ”

GamesIndustry.biz also interviewed Sony Interactive Entertainment head of global marketing Eric Lempel, who pleaded future PlayStation 5 content to be announced.

“Once you’ve above all the features of the PlayStation 5, which makes it a truly next-generation product, it’s about the content,” said Lempel. “The content that will be in the launch window and beyond is incredibly exciting. I would say this is the best lineup we’ve ever seen in the history of PlayStation, between our Worldwide Studios groups and our partners from all the different publishers around the world. We’ve revealed some of this content, and there’ll be more to come, of course, but the way developers can participate in this platform, and create these new experiences using both known and unknown IPs, is incredibly exciting. “

PlayStation 5 is gone this holiday season.
