The Celebrity Christmas Card is an annual opportunity to let the world know who you really are and to master the art of telegraphing their al-Shahi identity through their annual cheerful greetings from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
In the year 2018, they annoyed almost everyone by sending a black and white picture of their backs, who were watching the evening fireworks after their wedding earlier in the year. The picture was the only official image released from the inside of his evening reception and sought to say something about the connection between fame and privacy.
Eagle Eyed fans quickly showed Meghan Markle and her first husband Trevor Engelson a striking resemblance to a rescue date sent to their wedding guests. Instead of the camera standing with their backs to me watching the fireworks on Frogsmore Lake in Windsor, the Save Date photo showed Meghan and Trevor sitting on the beach in a surprisingly similar style with their arms around each other.
In 2019, Meghan and Harry messaged about their cool credentials when they turned black and white again, sending out a picture that Archie was looking at while praising the front.
For 2020, the couple has chosen to grace the planet with a color picture of their small family sitting outside the playhouse in their home garden in Montesito with their dogs.
But, to be different, instead of using photographs like everyone else on earth, Meghan and Harry sent a stylish drawing of a photograph taken by Meghan’s mother Doria earlier this month. This picture shows Archie with a flash of bright red hair.
A spokesman for the couple said: “The original photo of the family was taken earlier this month by the Duchess’s mother at their home.
“The small Christmas tree, which includes homemade ornaments and other decorations, was chosen by Archie, and this tree will be rearranged after the holidays.”
Of course it will.
The image was published by London-based animal charity The Mayo, of which Meghan, 39, is a patron and reads: “Happy Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.”
Mayojo tweeted the image with a thank you for an unsolicited personal donation from the Royals.
Meghan writes: “This year, as a family, we have donated to a number of charities with you in mind. To help families relocate homeless from a local organization in California, helping two of our UK patrons: one that supports animal and community welfare, and the other, a memorial fund of a dear friend who helps educate children and fight poverty in Uganda, we Respected his work on behalf of all of us. “
