It’s time to predict the rest of the 2019-2020 season for Real Madrid.

Real Madrid started the league with a perfect record and are likely to clinch the league title with seven games remaining. The Whites have a small advantage over archrival Barcelona thanks to a 2-0 victory at the Bernabéu earlier this season.

Real still has a long way to go with Zinedine Zidane which clearly indicates that every game is a final match. The team has clearly demonstrated that on the field with four wins in four games, including wins against Valencia and Real Sociedad.

On paper, the only game that can cause some difficulty for Real Madrid seems to be the trip to San Mamés against the Basque side. On the other hand, Barcelona has a series of difficult matches that include a trip to Ballaidos and a match against the rejuvenated Atlético de Madrid at Camp Nou.

Zinedine Zidane is to be commended for the way he has handled the team and has done many rotations to keep everyone fresh and up to par as Zidane awaits the availability of the full team for the first time this season. Here are my predictions for the remaining seven games.

Espanyol Vs Real Madrid (Game Week 32)

Espanyol’s game should be easy enough for Los Blancos, since the Catalan team is last in the table and has not had a good streak either. Even the signing of former Real Madrid striker Raúl de Tomás has not helped to relive their horrible season and it seems very likely that they will play in the second next season.

Real Madrid have Ferland Mendy and Luka Modric suspended for the game, but a fully rested Casemiro will return to the team of the day after completing his suspension against Mallorca.

Prediction: Espanyol 0-3 Real Madrid
