After a short Christmas break, the women’s soccer team Sport Lisboa e Benfica returns to daily training sessions in Tapadinha on Tuesday. To take over the work on the field, a completely renewed technical team will already be in charge, with Filipa Patão as head coach.

She is a young but already experienced coach, with a 13-year career in the Club’s Soccer Schools, in training and competition teams.

At age 31, Filipa Patão is perfectly integrated into the Club’s multidisciplinary management methods, a dynamic that is currently applied both in the Benfica Campus and in the Soccer Schools.

Also has invested in the evolution of technical and theoretical knowledge; Degree in Physical Education and School Sports, Master in Education and Soccer and finishing Level III (UEFA A).

André Vale He was a senior coach at the Clube Atlético e Cultural da Pontinha; Tiago Carmo and Pedro Espinha started this season in the women’s B team.
