The defendant was convicted of the two crimes committed against the woman and a daughter. He remained accused of mistreating the other two minors, but was released. “You falsely hoped that you would be released. You have a severe dependence on cocaine and need to be treated. Your wife is fragile. No one deserves to be treated this way,” the judge said. The aggressor has always denied the crimes.
