The decree approved in the context of the new state of emergency imposes the prohibition of driving on public roads between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., as well as on Saturdays and Sundays between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. with the following exceptions when traveling:

The measurement of body temperature is authorized:
– Access to the workplace, public services or institutions, schools, commercial, cultural or sports spaces, means of transportation, health establishments, prisons or educational centers.
– Access may be prevented in the event of rejection of the measurement and recording of a result equal to or greater than 38 ° C.
Diagnostic tests are allowed:
– In health institutions, schools, universities, homes, prisons.
-Who intends to enter or leave the continental national territory or the Autonomous Communities by air and sea.
Mobilization of other resources:
– The decree allows exceptional measures in the use of private and social services, as well as circuits of medicines and other health products (disinfectants for example) “preferably by agreement” or “unilaterally with fair compensation”.
– It is also planned to mobilize other human resources to carry out epidemiological investigations, follow up the contacts of patients with covid-19 and follow up on people under active surveillance:
– Workers of public entities of the direct and indirect administration of the State and of local, private, social or cooperative authorities, who are in prophylactic isolation, or who are civil protection agents or even teachers without a teaching component.
-It allows people and goods to be requested from the National Defense services, indicating that the “Armed Forces participate in conducting epidemiological surveys and monitoring the contacts of patients with covid-19”.
– The execution of the measures is the responsibility of the security forces, providing for the “awareness” and participation of the crime of disobedience.
