Most of the complaints refer to the Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra, with the Exynos chip, and everything indicates that it occurs only with higher refresh rates, such as 120 Hz, and a screen brightness of less than 30%.

According to the complaints, this error mainly works in certain applications, such as Samsung Pay, the camera, the calculator, SnapChat, Telegram, PUBG: Mobile and Google Chrome.

The problem can be solved by restoring the factory settings

This situation has a solution and consumers have been able to overcome it by restoring the factory settings, which strengthens the suspicion that the problem originates from the software.

So far, Samsung has yet to comment on this issue, but an upcoming update is likely to bring its fix.
