In a statement sent to Minute news, the PJ reveals that the crimes occurred on the 27th of March, in a village of Vila Franca de Excursion.
The attackers allegedly abused a 13-year-old boy and stabbed his father several times. In addition, according to the same note, the suspects made threats “repeatedly” with the execution of more crimes against the freedom and sexual integrity of the minor and, also, against the lives of both victims.
The PJ also reveals that one of the perpetrators already had a criminal record for illicit theft, theft in establishments, drug trafficking and threats with a firearm.
The suspects were already present at the first judicial interrogation to apply enforcement measures. One of the detainees was kept in preventive prison, while the other two were subjected to police presentations, one daily and the other every fortnight, as well as the prohibition of contacts with victims and other procedural actors.
