The publication of the decree-law that adjusts to the lag regime defined by the Government for companies with more than 50 workers, in the metropolitan areas of Lisbon and Porto, was highly anticipated by workers, employers and unions. In practice, only the delay limits remained: minimum of 30 minutes and maximum of 60 minutes between teams. This is the number of professionals who will work until March 2021. For now, it is only in Lisbon and Porto, but the rule can be extended to other regions of the country.
