This Wednesday there was a fire in the house of the former Minister of Education Nuno Crato, in Santo Amaro de Oeiras, the Correio da Manhã advanced.
The alert was registered at 17:27. The flames originated in a stove in the attic of the house, where the office of the former minister’s wife is located and ended up reaching the first floor of the house.
They were both inside the room when the fire broke out. They were the ones who alerted the authorities to the situation and are unharmed.
There were 25 operational vehicles and eight at the site. Around 8:00 p.m., the fire was already in the aftermath phase, according to the same source.
