POrtugal registered another 25 deaths related to Covid-19 and 365 new cases of infection by the new coronavirus on Monday, the lowest value since September 7. Since March 2020, Portugal has recorded 16,565 deaths associated with covid-19 and 810,459 cases of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

Today, public health experts and politicians met at Infarmed to discuss the next steps in the context of the pandemic, and Prime Minister António Costa said he now has “tools to have a more sustained decision-making process.”
