However, the publicity of the ignorance of the sanitary regulations motivated the Republican National Guard (GNR) to act, launching an operation that, this Thursday, allowed the identification of 23 people, in addition to detaining the owner and the security of the space .
GNR official source confirms to the PUBLIC that this club swing He had already received a warning in the first confinement, without the owner complying with the orders of the authorities to close the establishment. When the authorities entered the place, there was a notable disobedience to the sanitary regulations dictated by the Government, in an establishment that could not even be in operation.
The confirmation of the fact and the risk of spreading the disease led to the arrest of those responsible for the Swing Club INtimidades. “The space, in the interior configuration, had a dance space, another for a bar and several rooms. There were several people concentrated in these places, none of them wore a mask or complied with the safety distance ”, describes the same source.
Events operated with prior registration and access controlled by space security. The authorities also realized that alcoholic beverages were sold at INtimidades Swing Club, another foul committed by the club swing. In the statement sent to the editorial offices, the GNR reported that 42 notices of administrative infringement were drawn up for those present on the site.
“This investigation allowed the arrest of two men, aged 60 and 62, for promoting events and parties, thus breaching the regulations and measures in force to contain the covid-19 pandemic. 42 notifications of administrative infraction were also prepared for the people present at the site for breach of the general duty of home collection and for not wearing a mask ”, writes the GNR.
