Regarding the value and, specifically, what generated the expense, Rui Oliveira says that it was mainly in human resources (programmers).

The financing is, to date, from INESC TEC. According to Rui Oliveira, INESC TEC is "a non-profit institution and we compensate it or we will have losses, and this loss will affect human resources."

At this moment, for us, for the INESC TEC and ISPUP team, everything has paid off, because we have more than three dozen people who have already sent the code and, therefore, it is already more than rewarding.

The Portuguese Stayaway Covid app has already installed more than 1 million people. According to data from INESC TEC, there will be 6.5 million people who will be able to install and use this application. Thus, the accounts made are missing 5 million.
