The one-year-old baby who fell from a first floor window in Celeirós, Braga, on Thursday, is stable and is recovering favorably.
The boy, who is said to have jumped out of the window when he was playing on his grandfather’s lap, in a house located on Avenida Senhora da Paciência, is hospitalized in the intermediate pediatric care of the Braga Hospital, where he was admitted yesterday urgently with injuries considered “serious”. by the VMER medical team.

It is recalled that the baby suffered a traumatic brain injury after the fall, which occurred at 9:23 p.m., according to data from the National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority.
The child would be on the lap of his grandfather, who would think that the window would be closed. The baby jerked, jumped, the window opened and fell.
The Firefighters of Sapadores de Braga and the VMER of Braga helped the boy to the hospital.
