The explosion of an oil pipeline floods the streets and leaves dozens of homes without water in Braga

The rupture of a water pipe is affecting traffic on the 201 National Road in Braga, and has left houses in some parishes without water, O MINHO finds out.

Six members of the Municipal Police and a team from AGERE are on site to assist in traffic and ensure the repair and normal operation of the water supply.

The explosion occurred in the section of Rua da Goja, Merelim S. Pedro parish, and flooded the EN 201 and the municipal road that connects with Frossos. Several houses around that street were left without water after cutting off the supply to carry out the repair.

According to the municipality of Real, Dume and Semelhe, several houses in the parish of Real are also without water due to this explosion.
