The ‘blackouts’ affect some parishes in Madeira

The Santo António area has been without power for some time. Neighboring parishes, be it São martinho, São Roque or even Monte, were not affected, but Santo António was.

Outside of Funchal, the center of Santa Cruz also suffers from this anomaly and it is also dark.

Furthermore, reports of ‘blackouts’ are reaching the entire island, especially the east coast, and the ‘darkness’ is also affecting some areas of Caniço, Camacha and Porto da Cruz.

Remember that this is a night that will be marked by very heavy rains, accompanied by wind and storm, factors that are not unrelated to the power cuts that are taking place. Some are punctual, others take longer.
